Telligen, the Oklahoma Pharmacy Association and the Oklahoma Alliance for Healthy Families are honored to feature Dr. Stanley Grogg, Professor Emeritus, Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences as he presents Adult Immunizations: What You Need to Know.
Join us for this interactive 60-minutes Continuing Education (CE) event and earn up to 1 hour of CE credit from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy for licensed pharmacists.
At the completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Describe new changes from the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) 2021 vaccine schedule for adults including flu and pneumonia
- Identify strategies to support a strong recommendation for vaccines and address common questions about immunizations
Dr. Grogg represents the American Osteopathic Association as their Liaison for the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP). This activity is designed for pharmacists, long term care providers, older adults and seniors (65 years of age and older), and caregivers.
