    What kind of coaching can I expect?

    Telligen will convene small work groups to provide more individualized support. Work groups will meet regularly and be facilitated by the Telligen QI Connect™ team. Support tools, information and links will be widely shared.

    How will shared data be used?

    Any data submitted to Telligen via the Secure Portal will contain numbers only, with no Protected Health Information (PHI)-level data or identifiable patient information. Any data shared will be in an aggregate form, so it’s not identified with or attached to an organization, person, department, etc.

    Data Telligen receives cannot be used in a punitive manner. The QI data is for learning, improving and understanding how we can do better.

    How do I access the Telligen Secure Portal?

    You can access the Telligen Secure Portal here (https://portal.telligenqinqio.com/rdc/).

    For questions, check out the Portal User Guide or email QINPortalSupport@telligen.com for help. Portal support is available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, or the next business day if you contact Telligen on a holiday.

    What else do I need to know?

    During each learning collaborative cycle, there will be more opportunities to learn and share information. These will include:

        • ECHO series
          • Requires active participation, sharing and ZOOM [add link]
          • Commit to take action and share data, have accountability
        • Learning and Action Network Events (LANs)
          • These stand-alone events include a call to action, but no formal data-sharing or accountability
        • Webinars
          • Telligen brings subject-matter experts to share with you
          • Single event or series with no formal data sharing
