The Telligen Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) invites hospitals and ERs in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and Oklahoma to partner with us to improve patient care and health outcomes. Telligen offers training and technical assistance to help hospitals and surgery centers identify and manage successful quality improvement initiatives. Through partnership and collaboration, Telligen provides assistance with learning sessions on best practices and process improvements. These educational opportunities foster connections with peers and industry experts and are offered at no cost to your organization through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Telligen’s Hospital Quality Improvement Contractor (HQIC) program provides technical assistance to small, rural, and critical access hospitals (CAHs), and hospitals working to meet the needs of medically underserved and vulnerable populations. We provide assistance in the most critical healthcare quality areas including the pandemic response, the opioid epidemic, patient safety and hospital readmissions.
