Diabetes Self-Management Education Telligen offers Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) programs throughout Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma. Telligen also offers numerous resources for people with diabetes that provide information on how to manage your health. Some examples include:
Medicare Rights People with Medicare have the right to be treated with respect. This means you are not discriminated against for any reason and your health information is kept private. Learn about your Medicare rights or read through this Medicare Rights & Protections brochure CMS. Beneficiary and Family Centered Care (BFCC)-QIOs can help people with Medicare, families and caregivers with:
- Medicare beneficiary complaints and quality of care reviews.
- Medicare notices of non-coverage.
- Other types of case reviews.
